How do I return an item?

RETURN POLICY

If you would like to return an item, please notify us within 48 hours of the receipt of the item. Your item can then be returned and refunded in full minus shipping and handling fees. Please note that any installation or modification of your item will void this return policy.

If you receive the wrong quantity or an incorrect item in your shipment, please notify us within 48 hours of the receipt of the item. One of our customer service representatives will ensure a replacement or refund. You will not be responsible for any additional shipping charges if your order was filled incorrectly.

Returned equipment must be enclosed in the original shipping container with sufficient packaging material, and carry shipping insurance in the return.

In all cases, if we are not notified within 48 hours of any issues with your order, we will be unable to provide a replacement or refund for any defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.
